I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the pricing is quite affordable, I found the overall service and facilities lacking, particularly with the slow internet and loud noise from the hallways. It’s a budget spot, but I was disappointed with the room quality and dining options. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really trying to stick to a tight budget.

While the initial staff was somewhat accommodating, the manager became aggressive when we tried to resolve a payment issue, which was quite unsettling.

My stay was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel. We faced numerous issues, including being placed in the wrong room and rude treatment during checkout. The condition of the room was poor, and we were left without breakfast despite paying for it. It's hard to find any redeeming qualities after such a dreadful experience.

The room was in terrible condition—dirty, rundown, and not much different from the standard room despite upgrading to a deluxe suite.
Service

Breakfast was completely unavailable, which was a major disappointment since we had paid for it.
Facilities

The facilities were lacking, with broken air conditioning and a dirty environment overall.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Although I chose it for its budget-friendly price, the rooms were run-down and not very clean, which was a letdown. The service was quite troubling during check-out, which completely soured my stay. Nevertheless, the location was decent, offering some nice views, but the overall experience lacked the quality I was hoping for given the price I paid.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near the iconic rock of Roucheh is fantastic and the price is definitely budget-friendly, the condition of the rooms and the overall service were quite disappointing. The amenities were lacking, and I would suggest some improvements in various areas, especially dining.
